Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on The Crochet Duchess are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for shipping fees and shipping the item on time.

The Crochet Duchess reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
